Payments & Pricing
When you find a profile you like, click "Unlock Profile". You'll be asked for your M-Pesa number. A payment prompt is sent to your phone — enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm. Once confirmed, the profile's phone number and WhatsApp are revealed for 30 minutes.
An unlock is a one-time KES 100 payment that reveals a single profile for 30 minutes. A subscription (KES 200–2,000) gives you unlimited access to all profiles for the duration of your plan — much better value if you're browsing multiple profiles.
The contact details blur again automatically. You can unlock the same profile again anytime by paying another KES 100 — there's no limit.
No. Once a profile is unlocked and the timer starts, the payment is final. Please make sure you want to contact the person before paying.
If you cancel the STK Push or it times out, no charge is made to your account. You can try again immediately. If you were charged but the profile didn't unlock, contact us at support@rohoconnect.com with your M-Pesa receipt number.
Currently we only support M-Pesa Lipa Na M-Pesa (STK Push). This is the safest and most convenient method for Kenya.
Profiles & Privacy
Absolutely. Your phone number is stored securely and is only revealed to a visitor after they make a payment. It is never displayed publicly, and we never share it with third parties.
No. You can browse and unlock profiles using just your M-Pesa number — no registration, no password, no app download required.
Visit the Submit Your Profile page and fill in the registration form. Attach a clear main photo and up to 5 extra photos. All profiles are reviewed by our team and typically go live within 24 hours. Listing is completely free.
Verified profiles show a green ✓ badge. Our team verifies a profile after reviewing the lady's identification. Verified profiles typically receive more unlocks because visitors trust them more.
Yes. Contact us via the Contact page and provide your display name and phone number. We can update, suspend, or remove your profile within 24 hours.
Subscriptions
Your subscription expires on the date shown on your plan. We send an email reminder 2 days before expiry if you provided an email address. Renewal is manual — simply purchase a new plan on the Subscription Plans page.
Yes. If you subscribe while you still have an active subscription, the new plan's days are added on top of your remaining time — you never lose paid time.
Yes, if the voucher applies to subscriptions. Enter your voucher code in the payment form before paying and the discount will be applied automatically.
Technical
Wait 30 seconds and try again. Make sure the phone number you entered is correct and has M-Pesa registered on it. If the problem persists, ensure you have a data or airtime balance on your line — some networks require this for STK Push.
Try refreshing the page. If contact details are still hidden after payment is confirmed, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact us if the problem continues.
